Northeast Asian region is based on one of the most dynamically growing countries. Especially, Korea and China should cooperate together to overcome the environmental challenges such as PM smog and air pollution, based on the market-oriented mechanism such as Emission Trading Scheme (ETS). The EAERC has been operating the international conference, Sustainable Asia Conference (http://abf.inha.ac.kr/). The center published several SCI lebel of journal special editions based on the conference. The major focus of the center is on the environmental efficiency analysis on the region, industry, and the country, as well as its application on the shadow (potential cost) price of ETS, benchmarking case studies, etc.
